While strolling the streets of Taipei, I discovered many teashops and new teas. I carried back some fun teas, this one being one of my favorites. The osmanthus imparts a fresh melon note to this medium oxidation green tea leaf. It's one of my top go-to afternoon steeps when I need a little boost while finishing the day's work.
Ingredients: *Taiwanese green tea, *osmanthus flowers
* = organically grown
Brewing Instructions: Steep 1-2 teaspoons tea in 8 ounces 185 degrees spring water for 2 minutes. Infuse 2 more times, increasing water temperature and steeping time slightly.
