Medium to High Caffeine, depending on infusions taken.
Ingredients: Hand-rolled Chinese tea
Brewing Instructions: Add 1 teaspoon tea leaves to pot or gaiwan. Add a splash of 205 degree water and swirl around to soften and rinse the leaves. Strain that rinse water, and add 4 ounces of water to steep the first infusion for 45 seconds. For the next infusions, steep a bit longer each time.
