Smoke on the Water
Black tea smoked over pine wood is a long tradition in the Fujian province. You might know this robust tea as Lapsang Souchang or Russian Caravan. At T Project, we soften the smokiness by blending in organic licorice, cardamom and ginger. It's truly exciting, flavorful and friendly.
Ingredients: *Pine Smoked Chinese Black tea, *Iyerbadi black tea, *ginger, *licorice, *cardamom
Brewing Instructions: Steep 1 teaspoon in 8-10 ounces 200 degrees water for 1 1/2 minutes. For 2nd steep, brew for 3 minutes.
